      Suggested Serving: 1 tbsp daily. Add to yogurt, cereal, smoothies or salads; eat it whole or ground, raw or in baked goods. Seeds soaked in water (9:1 ratio) form a gel that can be flavored and enjoyed as a snack. Add some seeds to a water bottle to help keep the body hydrated during exercise. Consult your healthcare practitioner for your individual needs.

      Refrigerate After Opening: The sliced seed is immediately packaged in this light protective pouch and airtight sealed to ensure optimum nutritive benefits and product freshness. To store, press air out of pouch and seal tightly. Best if used within 3-4 months after opening. Can be frozen to extend shelf life.
