      ROLAND QUINOA BLAC

      Ingredients

      Pre-washed Quinoa.

      Directions

      Basic Cooking Instructions: 1 cup quinoa; 2 cups water; 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt. Bring water & salt to a boil in a saucepan. Add quinoa to saucepan, return to boil, then reduce heat to a gentle simmer. Cook covered for about 15 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed. You will know the quinoa is done when all of the grains have turned translucent & the spiral-like germ becomes visible. Makes 3 cups.

      Store in a cool and dry place.
